Assessing Your Application

CVV will not look into any incomplete applications. The marks of a previous degree are only a preliminary screening method; admissions are based on the evaluation of your Statement of Purpose, curriculum vitae or résumé, Reference Letter and the performance in the entrance exam and the interview. It is your responsibility to fill in the application form and submit all other required documents. You must also make yourself available for the interviews. Interviews may be telephonic or via video conferencing, and the exam will be online.

What Successful Applications Look Like

The most important part of your application is your Statement of Purpose – why you want to get trained by us and how you plan to utilise the training received at CVV in the future. If your curriculum vitae or résumé reflects a track record of your activities in the area of study, you will have an advantage in the competitive admission process.

There is nothing to be tensed about the entrance exam and the interview. They are not conducted to examine the breadth and depth of your knowledge. They are instead conducted to find out whether you have the necessary skill set to successfully complete the programme within the stipulated time.

During the interview we also observe your attitude and commitment towards the purpose and the programme. We request you to not fake yourself before the interviewer, because we shall expect the same level of commitment throughout the programme. Once the programme starts, there will be no change in the pattern of the course, reduction of content or change in the rigour of the training to suit any particular student’s.
